Lizzett’s journey to become an ultrasound tech started fifteen years ago, right here at San Antonio--not as a staff member, but as a patient.  Lizzett had an ultrasound done at our hospital, an encounter that left a lasting impression. Inspired by the care and expertise she received, Lizzett enrolled at West Coast Ultrasound Institute and graduated, joining the San Antonio care team in 2021.  Her journey has come full circle as she now gives patients the same comfort and care she once received.  In fact, Lizzett was nominated by a patient who had an ultrasound biopsy procedure.  The patient expressed appreciation for Lizzett’s competence and compassion during a worrisome time.  Lizzett brings both her technical skill and heartfelt compassion to every patient interaction, continuing the legacy of care that once inspired her. Congratulations, Lizzett!
