LEADERSHIP Award

The LEADERSHIP Award recognizes supervisors, managers, and department directors in clinical and nonclinical settings located on the main campus and at our off-site facilities, who contribute to an exceptional care team member experience through their dedication to Excellence with Compassion.

Tiffany’s leadership, compassion, and vision have left an indelible mark on our patients, families, staff, and volunteers alike.  Tiffany has built a legacy of service that exemplifies our hospital’s values. She oversees hundreds of hospital volunteers, ensuring that each one is not only well-trained and supported, but also empowered to deliver care with warmth and humanity. She is known for her creativity and ability to transform ideas into programs that deeply enhance the hospital experience for our patients.  She has launched pet and music therapy programs, organized hospital-wide birthday recognitions for patients, and introduced both the Patient Ambassador and Patient Navigator programs--initiatives that provide personal connection and encouragement throughout the hospital. Tiffany leads not only with skill and experience, but also with kindness, inclusiveness, and a visionary spirit that inspires those around her.  Congratulations, Tiffany!
