LEADERSHIP Award

The LEADERSHIP Award recognizes supervisors, managers, and department directors in clinical and nonclinical settings located on the main campus and at our off-site facilities, who contribute to an exceptional care team member experience through their dedication to Excellence with Compassion.

From the very beginning of her nursing career as a new grad in the Critical Care Unit, Heidy has exemplified dedication, compassion, and excellence in patient care. Known for her creativity and innovative leadership style, Heidy inspires those around her to strive for excellence while fostering a positive and supportive work environment. She leads with integrity, determination, and heart, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic and an unmatched drive to elevate both patient care and team performance. She is deeply passionate about mentoring and empowering her staff. She is not only an advocate for her employees, but a fierce protector of their well-being, professional growth, and success.
